A safety harness is a form of protective equipment designed to protect a person, animal, or object from injury or damage. The harness is an attachment between a stationary and non-stationary object and is usually fabricated from rope, cable or webbing and locking hardware. Some safety harnesses are used in combination with a shock absorber, which is used to regulate deceleration when the end of the rope is reached.
A full-body harness is the single most important equipment choice you can make for your crew. Safety harnesses provide comfort and confidence, and directly affect the user's productivity. Our harnesses are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, freedom of movement, ease-of-use, lumbar support, positioning rings and tool carrying options. While many of our safety harnesses can be used on most jobs, we also manufacture innovative full-body harnesses for specific uses within different industries—and you can rest assured that all our harnesses meet all applicable standards and regulations.
